Gregory Gourdet's Portland Food Adventure at Departure
Portland Food Adventures presents a very special opportunity to experience the heights to which Chef du Cuisine Gregory Gourdet has reached. His cuisine is some of the most imaginative in Portland, influenced by the flavors of Japan, China, Thailand, Vietnam and Korea. Come see why his culinary talents are a perfect complement to one of the most beautiful spaces in Portland. Limited seating! Only 20 people will enjoy this delicious and bountiful paired dinner with a bird's eye view of the Rose City from Departure's private dining space overlooking the balcony at the Hotel Nines.
As is the case with all Portland Food Adventures events, Chef Gourdet will interact with guests and discuss his favorite places, and guests will leave with certificates to explore and try them: Prasad, Double Dragon, Boke Bowl and Petunia Pastries.
$125 includes a minimum six-course dinner, wine pairings, gratuity and gift certificates.
