The Hobbit
Based on the classic adventure tale by J.R.R. Tolkien, "The Hobbit" is the precursor to the "Lord of the Rings" trilogy and tells the story of the unlikely yet heroic (and often humorous) journey through Middle Earth of the unassuming Hobbit, Bilbo Baggins. A fun and fast paced play featuring Hobbits, Dwarves, Goblins, Trolls, Elves, a Wizard, a slimy creature, a Dragon, a battle and a breakfast or three, "The Hobbit" is filled with rich characters, rich adventures, and...well...just plain riches! Join Bilbo as he discovers the ring of power and helps the Dwarves slay a fire breathing dragon. Soon to be released as a major motion picture, don't just settle for seeing "The Hobbit" on the big screen, come see it LIVE! (This play is produced by special arrangement with the Dramatic Publishing Co. of Woodstock, IL.)
This all adult cast is directed by Corey Mills and features some of the best non-union talent in the Twin Cities.
