Apple Jam's highly acclaimed 2009 debut CD is titled Off the Beatle Track (15 songs composed but never released by the Beatles). They have sold out major venues in the Northwest, Finland and the UK. Apple Jam was formed in 2005, in support of (Just Like) Starting Over, a stage play based on John Lennon's final interview. About Seattle Anesthesia Outreach
Seattle Anesthesia Outreach's mission is to provide support for the improvement of medical care in developing areas of the world with particular emphasis on anesthesia and peri-operative services. All proceeds from this concert will be used to ship medical equipment and supplies to Ethiopia, and for travel & housing for volunteer medical workers. Primary beneficiaries of funds are patients of the Black Lion hospital, the only public hospital in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

On the Wings of a Nightingale EP
In conjunction with the event, Apple Jam is recording/releasing a five track EP titled "On the Wings of A Nightingale". It presents multiple versions of "Help Me to Help Myself" by John Lennon, and "On the Wings of a Nightingale" by Paul McCartney. Neither song has ever been produced/released by the original songwriter. Alan White (Yes) is lending his legendary drumming talents to the project. Jakael Tristram is producing/engineering the EP, which will be for sale at the concert in support of Seattle Anesthesia Outreach (SAO)
