Q&A

Question: Gretchen, We would like to purchase a ticket for a DD Designated Driver who will attend with us but no drink. Is there a discouted ticket price for such individuals?
Answer: Designated Drivers will be allowed entrance to all partipating wineries for free, no need to get them a ticket. Thanks for helping to make this a fun and SAFE event! Cheers!

Question: Where are all the "hop on hop off" stops? And how many shuttles will be running the day of the event?
Answer: When you pick up your Passport tickets and wine glasses at Columbia Winery, you will see the shuttle stops printed on the map inside the Passport booklet. Shuttle Express will also have a representative on site to answer questions. There will be lots of stops and lots of shuttles. They'll make sure they get you where you need to go. Cheers!

Question: In the past we would pick up the passports and glasses from Columbia. Is this still an option? It says will-call or 'print at home'. Which should we choose or does it even matter?
Answer: Pick up will be at Columbia Winery again this year. When you complete your order, you'll get a list of dates and times for pick up. See you then, Cheers!

Question: Is there an option for a Saturday only pass?
Answer: Sorry, just a Saturday and Sunday or Sunday only.

Question: In the past I have picked up all booklets and glasses for a large group. If I bring all the confirmation forms can I still pick up for firends or does everyone need to pick up there own?
Answer: As long as you have their confirmation emails that will be fine. Cheers!

Question: waht time do the activities start on Sunday?
Answer: Times are 11 am - 4 pm both Saturday and Sunday, Cheers!

Question: What does the ticket price include?
Answer: Ticket price incudes free tasting at over 35 wineries as well as a wine glass which you will receive when you pick up your ticket. If you purchase the ticket with the shuttle option, that will allow you to "hop on and hop off" all weekend long at the participating wineries.

Question: Hi, for the DD option - is there a way for DDs to buy just the Shuttle Express part of the ticket? We have someone driving folks to Woodinville but not between wineries and they would like to ride with their group (but not drink).
Answer: Yes, they sure can. You can purchase just the shuttle express ticket on this website: http://www.shuttleexpress.com/wine-event

Question: Hi Gretchen, If I'm not mistaken last year the Passport lasted more than just the weekend, meaning if you weren't able to hit every winery, the passport was extended for 6 weeks. Is this the same policy this year? Or does the passport just work for that weekend only?
Answer: Last year Passport was extended and there were many pros and cons to that format. We had to make the difficult decision to return to it's original 1 weekend format this year but hope to find some middle ground in the future.

Question: I printed out my tickets but did not get a list of pick up times at Columbia - where can I find that information
Answer: Sorry about that - here you are: Columbia Winery 14030 NE 145th Street Woodinville, WA 98072 April 17th 3 - 6 pm, April 18th 12 - 7 pm, April 19th 12 - 7 pm, April 20th 11 am - 3 pm April 21st 9 am - 2 pm, April 22nd 9 am - 12 pm

Question: are the tickets close to being sold out? can I buy them tomorrow?
Answer: Yes, you can purchase Sunday tickets tomorrow on line or at Columbia. See you then!
