Mr. Henry's presents a sophisticated burlesque and live music show to start your week off right. Sunday Soiree illuminates classic burlesque accompanied by music from Herb Spice and the Cinnamonstix. Enjoy an evening of elegant entertainment situated in an intimate setting, up close and personal. Like no other show, Sunday Soiree will hypnotize you with dazzling and fantastical talent from all over the DMV while hostess, D.C.'s Legitimate Love Child, GiGi Holliday, melts your heart.
The historic Mr. Henry's is the backdrop for indulging in a full experienced of show and dinner. Enjoy Mr. Henry's menu made simple and fresh ingredients to make for the perfect Sunday meal. They have something for everyone's palette.
"To perform at the same place as Roberta Flack once did is a true honor, " says GiGi Holliday. "I grew up in S.E. D.C. and I'm excited to share my art form of classic burlesque with live music to my hometown." Herb Spice is a fellow D.C. Native who is a rising star of the D.C. Jazz scene. With credits of performing at the White House, Kennedy Center, Universal Studios Orlando, Constitution Hall, and almost every Jazz venue in D.C. just to name a few.
