The Language of Lyrics
Why is it that lyrics, with music, evoke greater emotion than words alone? Join us for an intimate discussion about the language of lyrics with Martha Barnette of Public Radio's "A Way with Words" and professional song writers and musicians Renée Harcourt and Monica Pasqual of the musical group Blame Sally. Afterward, members of the audience will have their chance to join in with questions for Martha, Renée and Monica.
For word lovers, people wanting to spark a fire to their creativity flame, and of course fans of Blame Sally.
Blame Sally will be in concert at 7pm on 3/3 at AMSD concerts, only two blocks from ArtLab.
