Thursday, March 1
Vogue Italia

This tasting will blow your mind. Cinque Terre's renowned
handmade pastas, paired brilliantly with Italian wines.

- Handmade gnocchi with four cheese fonduta, basil crumbs
Carnaroli risotto speck ham, lagrien cheese, oyster mushrooms
- Rigatoni with carbonara sauce and black truffle
- Grand view farm squash ravioli with duck ragu, reggiano cheese

Friday, March 2
Berkshire and Bourbon

This evening's theme speaks for itself. A decadent menu of pork dishes, paired with some very special Bourbons. The delicious pairings will make your mouth water.

- Smoked pork rillettes, whipped lardo on brioche
- Bourbon glazed pork belly and kumquat jam
- Roasted bourbon marinated pork shoulder sliders
- Berkshire pork boudin arancini

Saturday, March 3
Cinque Di Mare

Five stunning and flavorful creations from the sea. These fresh, local seafood bites will be paired with some very special beverages. Absolutely brilliant!

- Crispy amine shrimp, endive and gribiche sauce
- Maine oysters, rhubarb and fennel mignonette
- Fried oysters with horseradish hollandaise
- Cod brandade with smoked scallops
- White anchovies, farm egg and herb butter
