Pali Chant Suite: For Strings & Thai Yoga
This is a 50-minute piece performed by three violinists, percussionist, and backing track, while two yogis lead the audience in thai yoga, a 2500 year old sequence of simple healing poses. The 'trip rock' music is composed like a ballet to enhance each movement; sound, breath, and grace. A perfect compliment to your New Year's resolutions.
Don't forget your mat and some H20.
