Dirndls and lederhosen, music and burlesque, cider and beer! Oktoberfest is German for "awesome party," and the Salmon Bay Eagles are doing it up in a big way on Saturday, September 26, from 3-10pm in the Aerie Social Room (5216 20th Ave NW).

What's new this year? MORE burlesque, MORE brewers, plus CIDER!

Enjoy great beer from twelve local breweries and cider-makers, wieners and pretzels, live music, burlesque performances, and good time.

Your $17 admission includes full access to main stage burlesque performances by Faye Doe Doe, Florence Wetmore, and Czech Mate, live music by The Black Crabs and Smize Queen, and three drink tokens good for one 5-oz. taste each. More tokens will be available for $2 each at the event (cash preferred).

Sponsors include:
Bad Jimmy's Brewing Co., Ballard
Fremont Brewing Co., Fremont
Georgetown Brewing, Georgetown
Hilliard's Beer, Ballard
Island Hoppin' Brewery, Eastsound, Orcas Island
Locust Cider, Woodinville
Maritime Pacific Brewing, Ballard

Peddler Brewing, Ballard
Pike Brewing, Seattle

All proceeds will benefit Friends of the Children (FOTC). FOTC breaks the cycle of poverty through a pioneer mentoring program based on the principle that the most vulnerable children can become healthy, productive grown-ups with a consistent, caring adult in their lives. FOTC is the only mentoring organization in the nation that pairs children from distressed neighborhoods and troubled families with paid, full-time professional mentors for 12 1/2 years. Each mentor spends four hours a week with their assigned child, every week from kindergarten or first grade through high school graduation.

As this is a 21+ event, you'll need your state-issued picture ID for entry. No ticket refunds.
