Basix at Living Planet Centre (with support Academix)
Spanning pop, jazz, r&b, soul, and rock and blending strong original compositions with innovative arrangements of timeless songs, these six Danish vocalists continue to amaze an ever-increasing number of listeners around the world.

TOURING ALL OVER THE WORLD
Basix strong vocal performance, which runs the whole gamut of emotions has dazzled audiences in a vast number of concert halls, theaters, clubs, cafés, churches, and at conferences and private events. So far the group has given concerts in U.S.A, Denmark, Norway, Germany, Holland, Austria, Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Slovakia and Cyprus, and every year the popularity of the group keeps growing.

They are supported by local a cappella band Academix.

Academix are a contemporary a cappella band based in Woking, bringing close harmony pop and jazz to Surrey.  Starting with the tradition of The Swingle Singers, they add the movement, smooth grooves, and unique arranging style that has been so successful with TV shows like Glee and the 2012 hit movie Pitch Perfect.  Their sets range from the Beatles to Beyonce and from Lady Madonna to Madonna.

A unique opportunity to see both bands performing at The Living Planet Centre in Woking, Surrey. From the underground heat pumps to the solar panels on the roof, the World Wildlife Fun have created one of the greenest buildings in the UK.

Awarded "Outstanding" by BREEAM, the Living Planet Centre shows how it is possible for people to live in harmony with nature. A truly unique concert venue!
