Farewell to SS Columbia - SOLD OUT
Thank you for your overwhelming interest in the SS Columbia. Although we are fully booked for tours on August 13, please keep a look out on our website and Facebook page for announcements of public tours while the boat is in Buffalo.
The SS Columbia Project is inviting fans of the Boblo Boats to come bid farewell to the SS Columbia. The boat is departing Ironhead Shipyard in Toledo and is bound for her temporary berth in Buffalo, NY.
Twenty-minute tours of the vessel will be offered to twenty guests at a time. Due to the deteriorated condition of the upper decks, the tours are limited to a walk around the main deck and a view of the ballroom. SS Columbia crew will talk about the recent hull repairs and the long-term plans for the vessel.
