Paper Shoes

Paper Shoes is The Humans dance/performance journey into nostalgia, memory, inevitability and escape. Scenes and characters are layered and juxtaposed as six performers float through the non-linear structure which is visually crafted like a film or a dream or a child's mind--episodic and mysterious. The dimension of choreographer Rachel Bunting's poetic approach to performance is amplified by her costume, music, video and sculptural collaborators and is brought to life by the performers.
