Bent Writing Workshop with STORME WEBBER
Please join Bent Mentor 2011 Storme Webber for a writing workshop! $10-$15 sliding scale. Space is limited to TWENTY participants.
WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION: This workshop aims to generate text (poetry, memoir, and/or experimental work) through discussion, reading and prompts. We will work on creating a performance of the newly generated piece, using multiple techniques, including theater, music, movement, breath and improvisation. These exercises are drawn from more than 25 years experience as a performing writer and producer. Devised especially for the shy and intimidated, we will first locate the joy of creation and fly on from that point!
