IT'S ALIVE!!! A Halloween Musical Theater Evening with Sonatasia
Join Sonatasia for Halloween as a fun and frightening theater experience of music, dance, comedy unfolds all around.
There will be music of Danse Macabre, Werewolves of London, The Erl-King, Monster Mash and more! Hear Poe's classic "The Raven" and enjoy classic scenes from "Young Frankenstein"! Come in costume, or as yourself (to be really scary). Bring the kids!
There is something for everyone, be you a fan of classical music or classic rock, theater or dance.
Pianist Wan-Chin Chang (Prof. piano at Soka) and Bassist Chris Hornung performs Grieg, Saint-Seans, Schubert, and more. John Mila de la Roca busts out classic rock, and the Axxiom Dancers will make the music come alive with interpretive dance.
Other performers include:
Vocalists Sheryl Smith, Arnold Geis, and Tina Wilson. Violinist Mari Haig, Pianist Casey Astorino, Choreographer Joei Waldron of Axxiom Dance Collective.
