Kicking off San Diego Beer Week 2011, Assembly will be the first completely vegan or vegetarian event in the celebration's history & will provide the local beer & culinary community an ambitious beer dinner event unlike any other:
-Four-course, prix-fixe vegan meal artistically prepared by Sea Rocket Executive Chef Chad White -6 to 8 oz. craft beers from world famous & award winning Jolly Pumpkin Artisan Ales of Dexter, MI paired with each dish -Progressive art, décor & merchandise paying homage to San Diego Beer Week & the eclectic Jolly Pumpkin -Limited, 18 x 24" screen-printed event poster, hand-signed & numbered by Josh Higgins, local artist & newly appointed creative director for the Obama 2012 Presidential Campaign, with Jolly Pumpkin beer in the ink (sold separately at event). -5 to 10% of event sales benefit the San Diego chapter of Engineers Without Borders - USA. The donation increases with the amount of tickets purchased!
Due to the rare, limited nature of the artisan beers sourced for the event, the inventive culinary food pairings & the fusion of progressive food, art & beer like never before, this is a LOVELIKEBEER and 2011 San Diego Beer Week event not to be missed.

Engineers without Borders - USA is a non-profit, humanitarian organization that partners with developing communities worldwide to improve quality of life. Jolly Pumpkin Artisan Ales focuses on traditional, rustic-style beers brought to life through labor and love, and a production process that includes open fermentation, oak aging and bottle conditioning. This process creates beers with very unique, complex and interesting flavors.
