Re-Connection and Renewal: A Day of Heartfulness
This daylong retreat will offer an opportunity for replenishment and discovery (or re-discovery!) of the regenerative power and diverse forms of mindfulness practice. From a heartfelt approach, the day will be guided with loving care by Maia Duerr and Katya Lesher. Through silence, interactive exploration, creativity, and time in nature we will create a healing space where curiosity and intimacy can flourish.
Our hope is that this day will support you to feel renewed and empowered with ways to continue "coming home" to this sacred space inside yourself.
We are very happy to be at the Academy for the Love of Learning for this day. Their beautiful campus just south of Santa Fe provides a nourishing background for our practice, and includes spaces for contemplative walking. You can learn more about the Academy's work at http://www.aloveoflearning.org/
TIME: We will begin at 9 am and end by 4 pm
FOOD: Tea, water, and light snacks will be provided; please bring your own bag lunch.
LIMITED SPACES AVAILABLE: We are limiting this day to 25 participants.
PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY: The $35 is our base fee to cover expenses related to this event (facility rental, food, etc). When you pay this fee, your spot is reserved. At the event, you will have the opportunity to give an additional donation to Katya and Maia, in support of our livelihood. This heartfelt offering can be any amount that feels right to you. If you find it helpful to have a suggested amount, we would suggest something around $25, but we deeply appreciate whatever you can offer above or below that amount. You may make your donation by cash or check (payable to Maia Duerr).
To help us keep administrative time to a minimum, the $35 fee is not refundable if you are unable to attend the event. If your plans change and you can't come to the day, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can release your space to someone else.
