M.E. Movement proudly presents " All's Fair in L's & Basketball"
The ladies from season's 1 & 2 of Showtime's The Real L Word will battle it out on the court to support Vote for Equality's efforts to defeat anti-LGBT prejudice, including work to win same-sex marriage and to support pro-LGBT legislation like the FAIR Education Act!
Vote for Equality has been working since 2008, to discover how to combat anti-LGBT prejudice and to defeat our oppositions messaging to ultimately win ballot measures.
Our focus for this event will be to involve all sectors of the LGBTIQ community, as well as straight allies in a positive environment for not only an exciting game but an opportunity to actively support our cause!
The FAIR Education act will now require the inclusion of gay and lesbian as well as disabled leaders that have made contributions to our society in current social studies lessons. It's the first law of it's kind in the country and it is currently facing a repeal.
