Last Supper
You're invited!
To a special dinner celebrating The End.
It's been quite a year! with abundant greed, beheadings, a shiny new government, infectious diseases, another age of extinction to dress for & much confusion as to who, or what's, good and bad anymoreall that's left to say is: 'Oh dear!'
So, Comrades, let us toast to the times and celebrate The End! Put your feet up and warm them on the burning embers of your house! Take the pill and allow all those nasty, nasty memories to simply slip away
--------
'Last Supper' is a performance dinner that merges gallows humour and cabaret with gourmet food and home truths, presenting the audience with the hard to swallow question of whether it's okay to enjoy yourself this much in lieu of what's to come.

About the Artists
Izzie Major is a Liverpool-basedperformer and performance maker, interested in creating work that challenges the absurdity of the everyday with both humour and humanity. In 2012 Izzie co-founded 'Colonial Bastards', a political performance collective. Her political comedy 'Colonial Bastards: On Charity' has been performed for Threshold Festival 2013, Brighton Fringe 2014 and the Unity Theatre in June 2015.
Brendan Curtis is an artist, chef, facilitator and performer who specialises in work that combines seemingly incompatible disciplines (food and theatre, dance and sculpture). He co-runs Couples Therapyhttp://couplestherapy2014.tumblr.com/, an international workshop and performance collective, in dialogue with Joy Mariama Smith & Manu Cascales. They make work based around intimacy and consent in performance.
Craig Sinclair is a Liverpool-basedwriter, actor and film-maker whose macabre and often darkly comedic work in theatre and film has been championed and commissioned by Abandon Normal Devices, Liverpool International Gothic Festival, FACT, Liverpool Biennial and Diesel. In 2014 he devised and directed a series of themed cabaret nights with Brendan as part of a six-month residency at Liverpool's famed Mello Mello. He has recently completed the Liverpool Everyman & Playhouse Playwrights Programme and is developing new work with them for 2016.
Izzie and Craig collaborated to create Izzie's solo performance piece 'The Tip', performed for Physical Fest 2013, Surge Festival 2013, Helix Day 2013 and InTransit Festival 2014.
In 2013 Izzie & Brendan co-founded 'Dough Theatre'http://doughtheatre.co.uk/, of which Craig Sinclair is a member. Their debut show 'DOUGH' was programmed as part of Hope Street Limited's 'On The Verge' Festival 2013 and Physical Fest 2014. Whilst on an artistic residency with Metal (Liverpool) they developed a series of self-produced apocalypse-themed performance dinners called 'Last Suppers' - a concept which Brendan has developed for Hamilton House along with Bristol based chef Charlie Haughton (Bell's Diner, Bristol).
