The Gypsy Dirge Core of Bury Me Standing along with the Appalachian punk of the duo YOU WON'T and the much missed (at least here at The Lizard) Gothic gypsy romance of HUMANWINE.
BURY ME STANDING is a ragtag collective of virtuostic musicians led by Nate Greenslit (HUMANWINE) and Vessela Stoyanova (Goli), creating a strange melee of Balkan folk music, thrash metal, and psychedelic avant-pop.
For folk purists, the initial offerings from You Won't may sound too rock-oriented and combustible for their liking. However, the Massachusetts duo are much like Girls' Christopher Owens in the sense that their large array of influences gradually come into focus as their songs progress.

Since 2002 HUMANWINE is a musical story that unfolds best in the great outdoors but can also be found in concert halls, theatres, nightclubs, community centers, cafes, warehouses, galleries.
