A Night At The Edison Benefitting The Midnight Mission
On Sunday October 2, 2011, we invite you to join us in support of a truly charitable event: A Night at the Edison Downtown Benefitting The Midnight Mission
The evening of comedy & live music will benefit The Midnight Mission. The benefit will also feature a VIP hors doeuvre and cocktail reception, and exclusive auction featuring fabulous Los Angeles stay-cations, fine wines, and jewelry. The Edison is a downtown hotspot, recently ranked as one of GQs Top 25 bars in America.
In support of the thousands of homeless that The Midnight Mission provides services for, A Night at the Edison Downtown, is an incomparable marketing opportunity for socially responsible businesses. The past years all-star lineups included Ed Begley Jr & Larry Miller among others. Among the hundreds present at the event, the benefit will draw the attention of countless media outlets and radio stations. In the end, this event will have raised thousands of dollars for this most meaningful cause.
Established in 1914, The Midnight Mission provides diverse services to the homeless of Los Angeles, striving to re-establish them as useful and self-respecting citizens. Offering basic subsistence services, educational opportunities and jobs, The Midnight Mission believes in extending a hand up rather than a handout. The Mission offers help at no charge to any man, woman or child who walks through its doors in downtown L.A. The Midnight Mission is a California 501(c)3 nonprofit corporation and operates largely through private funding.
Your generous support of this years event, A Night at the Edison Downtown, will impact the dire needs of the homeless of LA via a partnership with The Midnight Mission.
We look forward to seeing you at this evening of entertainment!
