Passing the Torch
BHNC's former Executive Director Joseph Smooke has moved on to follow new dreams. We are gathering members, allies, partners, friends, and special guests to honor Joseph and recognize BHNC's tremendous accomplishments under his leadership, and introduce our new Executive Director, Rachel Ebora as she continues the legacy of advocacy and activism that is uniquely Bernal.
