SPORK Pop-Up Supper Club Cafe Sintra Bend, OR
Friday April 22 and Saturday April 23 at Cafe Sintra. One seating per night at 7:00PM (doors open 6:30) Prix fixe six course menu and communal seating. Price is $38/per person plus gratuity ($44 total). Wine and other beverages on an a la carte basis and we'll have a curated wine and beverage selection for you. Corkage fee $8 if you bring your own.
Seats are limited. Please make correct note of what day you purchase seats for and purchase a vegetarian or omnivore ticket so we know how much to make for each.

Yuca fritter, toasted faro, roasted mushroom broth, sweet local corn shoots Asparagus w/ chickpea cream, olive oil (and cracklins for the omnivores) Roasted cauliflower, Oregon black truffle, fried yuca chips, (and shaved La Quercia prosciutto for the omnivores) Grilled leek and almond cream stuffed ravioli in green garlic consommé w/ fennel and sweet potato ::or:: Braised trotter ravioli in green garlic consommé w/ fennel and sweet potato
Charcoal grilled mushrooms, warm white bean salad, romesco broth ::or:: Charcoal grilled leg of lamb, potato and kale cake, almond gazpacho Chocolate toast w/ olive oil and sea salt
Courses 2, 3, and 5 are vegan. 1, 4, and 6 are not (egg in fritters, egg in pasta, milk in chocolate)
