Q&A
Question: |
What is the password in order to purchase tickets as a FUMGASS member? |
Answer: |
It can be found on the text side of the UMGASS ticket mailer/postcard (the password should be in the center toward the top in a black box) that you should have received in the mail in the last two weeks. If you did not receive one or have misplaced it, e-mail the FUMGASS Keeper of the Rolls, David Goldberg, at goldberg@wccnet.org to receive your code according to your current level of FUMGASS Membership. |
|
Question: |
where are you supposed to put the password for UMGASS priority?
|
Answer: |
You put it in the "Discount Code" box, which appears after selecting "Begin Order" on the Event Page. Although it's not technically a discount, the discount codes and priority codes are treated in the same manner in the ticketing system. |
|
Question: |
Why couldn't I order tickets on Feb. 24th? |
Answer: |
There was an issue with the ticketing system set-up that appeared that day and interfered with the ticket ordering process. It is now back to normal and working correctly. We apologize for any inconvenience! |
