Ordinary Differences features an evening of dance works by Rose Pasquarello Beauchamp and Betsy Miller.
Rose Pasquarello Beauchamp explores dance in a series of movement installations. She investigates the possibilities of dance in it's various forms: dance as an embodied event, as a moment on film, and as environmental design. This series of pieces invites the audience be embodied themselves as they move in various ways to engage in the art. Films created in collaboration with Erin Mayfield.
Miller's "everything my tortured heart ever wanted." weaves bold, lush, and highly physical movement into a dense landscape of absurdist theatre. Created in collaboration with and performed by Jamie Arnold, Shura Baryshnikov, Meghan Carmichael, Ali Kenner Brodsky, and Steph Turner.
Rose Pasquarello Beauchamp holds a BFA in Performing Arts/Dance from Emerson College and an MFA in Choreography from California Institute of the Arts.
