Wolf Manor Presents MACBETH
Returning to the Toronto theatre scene for their second full scale production, Wolf Manor Theatre Collective invites you into the world of William Shakespeare's MACBETH. In this retelling of the story, we are exploring the nature and obsession of violence and masculine aggression, hoping to bring audiences through the archetypal story with bold physical exploration and a contemporary edge. The show is built in the hope that its fluent design, stern focus on text and heightened physicality will captivate your attention and lure you into a greater understanding of the violent story of ascension, ambition and action.
MACBETH features Dylan Brenton, Laura Katherine Hayes, Nicole Hrgetic, Scott Kuipers, Sarah Marchand, Nikolas Nikita, Hugh Ritchie, Jemma Robinson and Vanessa Trenton.

The Wolf Manor Theatre Collective is a Toronto based theatre production company, formed by students graduating from the Ryerson Theatre School in 2015. Founded in late 2013, the company is built on the grounds of the professionalism and ambition cultivated among young artists. Our interest is in exploring theatrical works which stimulate a diverse audience through stylized adaptations of classical texts and newly devised theatre. All our work is conceived by a small ensemble, in simple and creative design. The idea is to create theatre so fluent in construction it can be relocated from space to space, allowing for tours, or presentations in diverse venues. Our emphasis on accessibility seeks to create an engaging theatrical experience for non- conventional or new theatre goers, particularly high school students. In addition to full scale productions, the company also engages in youth outreach, offering workshops for adolescents and young adults interested in professional careers in the arts.
