Bellingham City Club Program April 22, 2015
Please join us on Wednesday, April 22nd for an informative presentation featuring the March 31st agreement between the Port of Bellingham and Harcourt Developments of Dublin to redevelop approximately 19 acres at the northwest corner of the former Georgia Pacific site, starting with the Granary building.
For this very timely program we are fortunate to have three speakers who have been extensively involved in Bellingham's waterfront issues:
Dave Christensen, local architect/planner and owner of Christensen Design Management, will describe and illustrate Bellingham's waterfront planning process over the last 12 years, beginning with the Waterfront Futures Group in 2003.
Rob Fix, Port of Bellingham Executive Director, will explain the contents of the agreement between the Port and Harcourt Developments.
Kelli Linville, Bellingham Mayor, will provide the city's perspective on the agreement.
