Maddy's Dumpling House: The Brunch Edition
Maddy's Dumpling House is doing things a little different for this pop-up....
We're taking it to our favorite meal of any day and doing this DIM SUM Style!!! Thank Ashlee Aubin for the suggestion! We're very excited to share this menu AND our SPECIAL GUEST Adam Wendt, lover of brunch and sausage maker extraordinaire!
It is BYOB!
We'll provide the following mixers: -Bloody Mary Mix -Pamplemousse Juice -Orange Juice
Here's a sneak peek of what's going to be on the menu: -sausages by Adam Wendt!!! -bacon & leek pancakes/okon sauce/bonito/seaweed/half soft boiled egg -"chicken & waffles" -longaniza steam buns -pork & shrimp shumai/special sauce -corned beef hash sticky rice in banana leaf/poached egg -cheeseburger dumpling/fancy sauce/sesame seed
