Silkscreened Patterned Scarves
Nothing gives that summer look a dash of excitement like a unique scarf. Explore your own color and pattern instincts as you join artist and author of Water-based Screenprinting Today, Roni Henning, for an afternoon-long, hands-on workshop in the use of screenprinting stencil techniques to adorn a summer scarf with your very own pattern.
Learning two different silkscreen stencil methods, students will apply their own patterns to screens and print them on scarves. Covering all the basics for those unfamiliar with the process, this workshop uses only non-toxic, solvent free inks, and practices environmentally safe printing methods.
