Welles Park Craft Beer Fest (WPCBF) - Official Closing Event of CCBW
The Illinois Craft Brewers Guild and the Welles Park Advisory Council present: 1st Annual Welles Park Craft Beer Fest, the official closing craft beer festival of Chicago Craft Beer Week 2015.
On Saturday, May 23rd, the city's largest craft beer "party in the park" will be hosted within beautiful Welles Park. Located in the growing and prospering 47th Ward, Welles Park a 15-acre park is located in the heart of Lincoln Square at Lincoln and Montrose Avenues. The park is known as a gathering place for musicians and sports and fitness enthusiasts of all kinds. The park is also known for its green, wrought-iron, European-style gazebo on the west side of the park as a centerpiece for the Lincoln Square community. Festivities will commence with a VIP event beginning at 12:00pm, and General Admission running between 1:00pm to 5:00pm.
The Welles Park Craft Beer Fest (WPCBF) will offer a VIP hour to kick off the day, which includes $10 in food tickets provided by participating 47th Ward vendors, early access to all of the participating breweries (12:00pm), and VIP tents featuring specialty pours.
Our General Admission experience will include craft beer, hours of entertainment and food for purchase. The CCBW celebration of craft beer ends in the heart of Ravenswood/47th Ward, and we invite all neighborhoods to join us on May 23rd to experience beer and culinary creativity within the 47th Ward.
Designated drivers or non-beer drinkers CAN access the fest without a ticket. We reserve the right to remove anyone found sharing beer.

*All ticket sales are final--NO REFUNDS. Event will be held rain or shine! *Must be 21 years of age or older with valid ID to participate in this event. *The entire event runs between Noon-5PM. VIP ticket holders get access from Noon - 5PM and General Admission from 1PM - 5PM. *Non-beer drinking guests do not need a ticket to the fest. However, anyone found sharing beer will escorted from premises. Additional Event Information:
