Mr. Hat Presents Katdelic with Radioactive in Davis

Mr. Hat is bringing back the Funk with Katdelic! This time with beatbox and freestyle hip hop legend MC Radioactive warming things up and joining Katdelic for an unforgettable collaborative event.

Katdelic is excited to return to Davis, they fell in love with you all on Valentine's Day and can't wait to see you again. If you missed it, know that Ronkat is a polished entertainer and Katdelic delivers the goods. The band is a hybrid of rock, funk, soul, and pop; an infectious, sophisticated mix that moves mind and body into a groove that lasts all night long. The Katdelic ensemble features 2 bass players, a horn section, DJ loops and beautiful background singers to deliver a wide range of musical textures.

MC Radioactive is best known for his work with Michael Franti and Spearhead (Rock the Nation!) He is quite simply the most amazing beatboxer I have ever witnessed. Radio embodies the essence of hip hop. He is an emcee, beatboxer, writer, painter, and b-boy. He plays musical instruments, incorporates electronic beats with his beatbox and commands active audience participation during his fresh, soulful original live performances.
