Join the Club

"Join the Club" is a five person ensemble musical which takes a superficial look at the importance of female friendship and community.

Though the show will not be nominated for a Tony or even a Jeff Award for best new musical, it will be the best damn thing going on at the Evanston Arts Depot during the last two weeks of January, except perhaps the Jazzercise class offered downstairs. We can't say. We haven't taken that particular class.

While this is the writers' first musical, the director and actors are among the most accomplished in the area. This is a rare opportunity to see their work in such an intimate performance space.
