James III: Junior
After a sold out performance at Akron Civic Theatre in Ohio, James III brings his solo show back to The PIT!
JUNIOR uses stand up and sketch comedy, poetry, and Shakespeare to tell the story of a boy and his dad, the nineteen brief months they knew each other, and the years that followed. The play examines the struggles faced by a fatherless son, family, and the consequences of substance abuse.
It's what Netflix would call a ""Father/Son Emotional Drama."" Guaranteed to make you feel all the feelings.
Written and performed by James III
Directed by Rob Gioia
With special thanks to The PIT, Ali Farahnakian, Kevin Laibson, Padraic Lillis and the Play Development Workshop, Natalie Wall, Pete Staiano, Christine Liz Pynn, Wendy S. Duke, Mark A. Zimmerman, Akron Civic Theatre, and James' Mommy.
