Amy Correia has been building her indie folk pop sound and ever increasing cult following for years but with the delivery of her new fan funded record You Go Your Way she is bound for much bigger things. With a raw power that's both vulnerable and fierce Amy draws comparisons to Tom Waits and Michelle Shocked and The New York Times calls her a "singular talent." Her fans agree, pitching in to raise more than 35k to make Correia's new record. The energy and urgency of this leap of faith is palpable. You Go Your Way is a spirited ride, covering broad emotional and musical territory. Each song is strikingly individual with Amy's convincing voice at the center: full of feeling, spontaneity and gravelly soul. Anyone who has seen her at Sub Rosa will agree - this is a show not to be missed. Joining her tonight will be Lyle Brewer on guitars, Kimon Kirk on bass and vocals and Billy Beard on drums.

Along with her all-star band (Duke Levine, Kevin Barry, Richard Gates and Billy Beard) Jennifer performs songs from her last two records and a batch of road tested new tunes (plus choice covers) with amazing results. The band's collective ability to seamlessly weave jazz, pop, folk and rock around her supple and oh-so-expressive voice is really something to behold (and to be a part of!). She is one of the best singers on the scene today and this is a unique opportunity to hear her in such an intimate setting.
