Piano Solo Concert by Italian Pianist and Composer Romeo Scaccia
Romeo Scaccia is a fantastic  pianist and brilliant composer who has honed his skills and talents during a diverse and eclectic career. The music and soundtracks Romeo Scaccia has composed for concerts, films, festivals and exhibitions have garnered him a both a solid  professional reputation and a growing fan base.

The truly amazing feature of Romeo Scaccia is his enthusiastic and fearless navigation into all mediums to propagate his music. He lives and loves music in all of its forms. His concert performances demonstrate an absolute mastery of the pianoforte. His range is immense and spans from the ingenious interpretation of Bach's Goldberg Variations some say uncannily reminiscent of Glenn Gould  to haunting renditions of modern compositions that traverse genres seamlessly. Reviews have eulogised him as a musician of remarkable and unique talent and his performances are known as events that enthrall audiences.

Romeo Scaccia began his musical training at the Palestrina Conservatory in Cagliari, Italy under the guidance of Arlette Giangrandi Eegmann graduating with the highest honours. He continued his studies at the School for Advanced Musical Studies of Saluzzo, Italy under the guidance of Alexander Lonquich and at the Franz Liszt Academy of Music in Budapest, Hungary under the guidance of Ferenc Rados (pupils at his academy also included András Shiff and Zoltán Kocsis). Romeo also attended the Sweelinck Academy in Amsterdam, The Netherlands in the study programme for exceptionally gifted young musicians.

The winner of several national and international piano competitions, his most recent award in 2014 was the medal awarded by the President of the Italian Senate "for his outstanding artistic quality and the constant search for new expressions between visual art, drama, music favoring essential tools for training and cultural exchanges."
