Harvest Dinner
As this meal is an honest representation of our personal harvest, we will only know which ingredients are available to us a few days prior. Allow our chefs to surprise you with dishes made from The Brasserie's own yield, epitomizing the spirit of eating locally.
The evening will begin with a garden-to-bar cocktail and presentation of hors d'oeuvres, complemented by an introductory stroll through our raised beds of leafy greens and potted herbs.
In the tradition true to a farmer's supper, you will share platters of food, family-style, from large tables set in our moonlit patio.
Guests will be invited to sit down for three sustainably innovative courses along with specialty wine pairings. Appetizers usually consist of soup, salad and artisan flatbreads, followed by fresh fish caught from the restaurant's own boats, "Brasserie Catch I & II," bundles of hand-picked vegetables, as well as the option of local meats such as beef, chicken, pork, or, farm fresh eggs from The Brasserie's "Chateau Chooks" coop.
Dinner concludes with a selection of seasonally inspired desserts to be enjoyed beneath our homegrown vanilla vines.
