Fright Night 2010
For one night only, the SF Music Award-winning ALBINO, a ten-piece Afrobeat ensemble that honors the fiery legacy of Nigerian musical revolutionary Fela Kuti along with the popular rock group Casual Fog backed by an all-star line-up that includes members of Them Hills, Golden Shoulders, Black Bear, Kings & Queens, and Deathray will come together to summon the greatest rock stars from the grave.
Who you ask? Keith Moon? Sid Vicious? John Bonham? Michael Jackson? Joe Strummer? Janis Joplin? Jimi Hendrix? Kurt Cobain? You'll just need to show up and see.
ALBINO's high-energy grooves and explosive stage show, thick with hypnotic percussion, a heavy horn section, African dance, outrageous costumes, and infectious group choreography combined with Casual Fog's mix of original rock songs a la Velvet Underground and covers of dead rock stars promise to make this year's Fright Night a dance party to remember!
