Ron will showcase some cool things he developed for other
artists over the last years and discuss using social media for promotion.
Ron's son will be on hand to showcase how he creates video with iMovie and posts to instagram, and other social networking tools to promote his own small business.
Ron Austin currently works for Bellevue College as an E-Learning
Technology Specialist. He designs educational content for the Healthcare
Technology and Management program. He has served as a member of the
Bellevue College faculty for fifteen years teaching film production, film
history, animation, and web development.
Ron earned his BA at The Evergreen State College, and a Master of Education from the University of Washington.
Along with Louise Amades, he produced and directed the documentary Bezango which focuses on cartooning in the Pacific Northwest.
