Keynote speaker and author of "Fierce Leadership" Susan Scott will explain why long-held "best" practices often don't appropriately serve the needs of an organization and its employees. Featuring an executive panel moderated by Jean Enerson, some of the Northwest's most influential organizations will also demonstrate how they have effectively shown courage to navigate and thrive. Ideal for VP's, Directors, Managers and anyone seeking to be inspired while learning concrete ways of being a more effective and courageous leader.
