Hands-On Workshop: CSA - Out of the Box
Hands On Gourmet is teaming up with Eatwell Farm to bring you CSA: Out of the Box. This workshop is designed to encourage a creative approach to cooking with seasonal produce while supporting local producers through Community Supported Agriculture. Whether you are a seasoned cook or a novice, this workshop is for you!
Eatwell Farm will provide the same produce (picked just the day before) that will be included in their July 22 deliveries. HOG will have professional chefs on hand to help facilitate the cooking process. The group will work together to create a 4-course meal, including an appetizer, an entree, a main, and a dessert on the spot. Cooking time will last about 1 1/2 -2 hours and the remaining time will be for feasting on the delicious creations of the group. Recipes will be available after the workshop to recreate the same dishes at home.
