During A Warming Winter Dinner Party you will learn to prepare restaurant-quality, make-ahead dishes featuring organic root vegetables from local farms, sustainably raised meats, ancient grains, and organic fruit. Each course is expertly paired with sustainable wines from Old Greenwich Fine Wines. Chef Silvia Baldini will demonstrate how to prepare each dish using cookware and tools from Cook and Craft as she shares professional culinary tips. Analiese Paik will educate guests about the importance of sourcing high-quality, sustainable ingredients and share local food resources including retailers, farms and artisan food producers.

Prepare to welcome your dinner guests to settle in and get comfortable in the heart of your home to enjoy a seasonal, family-style meal made with love by you. They won't be able to resist huddling around the stove and offering to help with a small task. Everyone can help finish the meal, even if it's just serving or garnishing a plate.
