The 11th Annual Oregon Cheesemakers Festival & Events
The 11th Annual Oregon Cheese Festival will be open to the public Saturday, March 14th from 10:00a.m. to 5:00p.m. at Rogue Creamery, 311 N. Front St., (Hwy. 99) Central Point, Oregon, where thousands of visitors will sample cow, sheep and goat cheese from Oregon and Northern California creameries as well as fine Southern Oregon wines, beer, assorted beverages, and local artisan gourmet foods under one large heated tent.
A $15 public entry fee for the Saturday festival includes sampling and demonstrations. An additional $10 alcoholic beverage fee (wine, beer, cider, spirits) includes a collectable wine glass etched with the Oregon Cheese Guild logo. The festival has been growing steadily every year. Last year we had 95 different vendors and attracted over 4,000 enthusiasts in one day. In 2015 we anticipate over 105 vendors and over 4000 guests. Coverage of the festival appeared on both local and national news stations and in gourmet periodicals. We are busy planning the 2015 event and hope that you will participate. Culture Magazine, one of the leading periodicals in the cheese industry, called the OCF one of the Ten Best Cheese Festivals.
