Please join us for a very special 3 year anniversary Paladar this Valentine's day weekend.  We are thrilled to have the extremely talented Chef Jes Taber back at the helm where she truly belongs.  Aside from her speaking fluent Italian, stealing all of our hearts as head chef at Three Forks Bakery and Brewing Company, having been mentioned in the LA Weekly and written about in the New Yorker plus The Union, selling out a previous Paladar with her "Like Water for Chocolate" Mexican dinner, and being her brother's sous chef at his sold out "Home for the Holidays" event last year, Jes Taber has wooed us with her generous spirit and her sunny disposition.  Run, don't walk to secure seats for this sensual, dreamy, and delicious cuisine of her favorite Italian region adoringly referred to as the fat belt of Italy.  Bring your sweetie or just yourself.  Polly's Paladar is not just for lovers.  But we love you.
