Chateau Falconieri is proud to present its 5th Annual "Wines of Summer" tasting event on Saturday May 30, 2015 from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
This 6-course tasting menu with wine pairings highlights the best quality/price wines of the year.
Wild Thyme Company Executive Chef Dawn Tangeman and Envoyer Fine Wine Importer Greg Koslosky work in tandem to provide an incredible evening of food and wine pairings.
At this event there is no fighting for a taste with a crowd of people. Instead, you are seated comfortably with friends and are served each course with a specific wine pairing.
Guests will also enjoy delicious fresh baked bread from the OC Baking Co. and amazing Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar from Taste It! in Fullerton.
Guest check-in starts at 6:00 pm with the first seated course being served at 6:30 pm.
Wines will be available for purchase with special discounts at the event for future delivery. 10% of the proceeds from all wine purchases are charitably gifted to the St. Juliana Falconieri Parish and School.
Please Note That Advanced Ticket Purchase is required as Seating is Limited to 125 guests.
