Erin Gruwell author of The Freedom Writer's Diary
Mills-Peninsula Health Services & Bay Area Parent present a fundraising event: Friday, June 1st, 7:30pm at Bayside Performing Arts Center, 2025 Kehoe Ave., San Mateo.
Come and hear in person the teacher who the critically acclaimed movie Freedom Writers. Erin Gruwell inspired 150 teens to use writing to change themselves and the world around them. Booksigning to follow.
Tickets are $15 for adults, $10 for Students. Proceeds to benefit Borel Middle School.
