Cupid Comedy - It's Not Just For Lovers is scheduled for February 13 and 14th. A comedy event that includes two different shows each night. The 7:30 p.m. show will be sketch comedy. The second show begins at 9:00 p.m and is improv comedy. The event will be held at City Limits Bar and Banquet, 3627 County Trunk CR in Manitowoc. Shows will be performed in the small room; therefore seating is limited. Tickets are $15 each show, or both shows for $25. A special package "Laughs for Two" includes tickets for two people with reserved seating for both shows on either Friday or Saturday. Delicious treats, a single flower bouquet and more. This package is $59. Tickets can be purchased at The Wild Iris Gifts & Botanicals located at 820 S. 8th Street, Manitowoc or at City Limits Bar and Banquet. Liysa Callsen owner and producer of Cupid Comedy has been producing comedy in the Lakeshore area for seven years. She has trained at Second City Chicago, founded the Babbling Bubblers Improv Troupe, the Bubbler Theatre, Lakeshore's Top Comic as well as the Dear in the Headlights - Women's Comedy Showcase.
