Gaudi makes his only scheduled Bay Area appearance this year at Sebastopol's Hopmonk. Following up on last year's headlining slot at Harmony Festival's Techno Tribal Gaudi returns to the SF North Bay featuring an arsenal of new tunes and live dub-trickery from his newest album "Take No Prisoners". Marked by dirty electro beats, dubstep dub and deep global electronica Take No Prisoners is his most seminal release to date!
Heyoka
Heyoka AKA Andrei Olenev is a cosmic auditory scientist found in the Bay Area noosphere, who has been blowing minds with his sonic manipulations.â¨Muti Music first released Heyokaâs âSpace Case EPâ in 2008 and included him on their growing roster of talented artists. His albums 'Whomp Gland & Pineal Dub', 'Gate Code' and the all new 'Marklar' album in 2010 have shown that he is a producer consistently evolving his musical style while managing to maintain a signature sound that is distinctively 'Heyoka'.
Dragonfly
From the straits of Gibraltar to the shores of the Ganges Dragonflyâs dj sets bridge all variations of the underground and ecstatic dance scenes. Incorporating bass culture with the leading edge of gloabl electronica and programming he fuses Dubstep, Downtempo, Breaks, House and Drum n Bass with the global village's traditional cultural idioms and sounds (sitars, percussion, vocal samples, african drumming, etc...) with trans-temporal dynamics and genre morphing grooves.
SF Bay Area dance enthusiasts consistently place him in the top 10 percentile at the DJ polls for his unique sound and added live percussion.
