Harvey Milk Diversity Brunch
We Want To Recruit You!

Join us to celebrate the birthday and life of a man who has been described as the most famous and most significantly open LGBT official ever elected in the United States.

You will be presented with a sumptuous brunch buffet by Hot Boxx Catering through La Cocina and a hosted bar.

Sparkling Wine from Barefoot Winery, a Double Platinum Donor for this event, will flow freely!

Stolichnaya Vodka and Michael Daniels will refresh you with Cosmos, Bloody Mary's and Screwdivers.

Harvey's Restaurant on Castro street, a Platinum Donor for this event, has made it possible to get a delicious Bloody Mary, a staple of any civilized Brunch event!

Confirmed Speakers:

Stuart Milk
Stuart is Harvey's nephew, a Human Rights Activist, LGBT Civil Rights Advocate, Global Equality Advisor, Youth and Workforce Services Advocate and the founder of the Harvey Milk Foundation, the beneficiary of this event.

Anne Kronenberg
Anne is an American political administrator and LGBT rights activist. She is best known for being Harvey Milk's campaign manager during his historic San Francisco Board of Supervisors campaign in 1977 and his aide as he held that office

Dan Nicoletta

Natalie Jones
This inspiring young girl fought back when her elementary school censored her report on Harvey Milk last year. After receiving a nearly perfect score on the written report, she was told she couldn't present the report to the class wrongly citing a school policy on sex education.

Bevan Dufty
Bevan is currently serving his second term as a member of the San Francisco Board of Supervisors.  He represents the City's District 8, the same area Harvey himself represented.

Jose Cisneros
Jose is the elected Treasurer of the City and County of San Francisco. He was appointed by Mayor Gavin Newsom in September 2004, defended his position in 2005 and was sworn in for his first full term in 2006.

Frank M. Robinson

Mark Leno
Senator Leno was largely responsible for helping Harvey Milk Day become a reality.  Stuart Milk will present him with the first ever award from the Harvey Milk Foundation.
