THE GALA: The Chicago Chapter of Les Dames d'Escoffier International and the City of Chicago Department of Cultural Affairs Culinary and Fashion Divisions host this fund-raising gala for culinary school scholarships and Les Dames Green Table initiative with the McCormick Boys & Girls Club to teach children healthy cooking and gardening. Think Top Chef meets Project Runway as this event pairs six of the city's most notable chefs with six inspired local designers for a runway show and dinner.

On the runway the chefs and designer duos will showcase their collaborative efforts while guests enjoy their dishes at a seated dinner.

Notable pastry chefs and Dames showcase their desserts in a West Coast-inspired Dessert Dash auction where guests bid to win their favorite end-of-night indulgence.
