Paradigm Shift, a 501c4 non-profit, supports the community by providing a platform for political/personal/creative expression, marketing, project support, networking, and monetary donations to feminist non-profits. Paradigm Shift was founded in March 2007 by Meredith Villano, Activist & TV/ New Media Executive & Lisa A. Snyder, Founder of Elle*Eye Design.
