When Wonder Woman gets weary...
Let's face it, you make the world go round. You are an educator, mother, daughter, working professional, certified counselor/therapist, coach, health professional, and care-giver. Really, you are a visionary, healer and social entrepreneur. Your purpose in life is to stand up for others. You help people thrive, heal, connect to their greatest selves, and decrease suffering. You serve the greater good.
Your superpower, and your greatest gift to the world is the act of giving. But, it is difficult for you to receive. You feel the heavy weight of burnout. You feel undervalued, overextended, and underloved. You wish you had time for self-care, but spend all your time caring for others. Ever hear the whisper saying, "This isn't the real me. This can't be how I'm supposed to live my life." That whisper is your spirit calling to tell you that you deserve more. You deserve to feel irresistible, and you deserve love.
When did you first discover you needed self-care? When did you first demand self-love?
Most women struggle to love themselves and get stuck trying to fit in self-care to their daily schedule. The difference between the 'giving grind' that you experience now, and the energizing, irresistible, blissful life you imagine is self-love.
The Irresistible Woman Workshop
We fight to reclaim our self-care and self-love practices too. We want you to be able to bring tangible self-love practices to the people you care for, whether personally or professionally. We want you to explore what being irresistible looks like in a supportive community of women. But most importantly, we want you to insist on your own practice of self-love. This is what our three day workshop is about.
We were tired of the burn-out, endless roller coasters of high and low energy, the lack of appreciation, and the bombardment of media messages telling us 'you're not good enough.' We wanted to become irresistible... not to our partners, our bosses, or our friends, but irresistible to ourselves. It was time to stop the self-sacrifice, stop the self-criticism and end our internalized oppression. We wanted to learn how to fall truly, madly, deeply in love with ourselves.
We believe, the most powerful currency in the world isn't money or weapons or war. It's self-love, that explosive, transformative, life-altering magic maker. Every woman deserves it. And, we want every woman to demand it. The four of us got together to do something about it. To create WORKSHOP not only for ourselves, but for you. Join us to transform your relationships, your work, and your world.
Together, we'll practice a variety of techniques to cultivate self-compassion, self-awareness, self-forgiveness, self-acceptance and self-love...all helping you become irresistible. You will leave with easy and practical strategies for implementing your new irresistible life. We like to mix things up so expect some individual reflection, small group discussion, coloring, lecture, meditation, journalling, dancing, story-telling, laughing, and more! There is nothing more powerful than learning, connecting and growing with a tribe of women.
About Us
We first met in grad school. Four unique women, from four different generations, working in four different fields, with one fierce passion: to help women demand self-love.
